Ο Κωνσταντίνος Γεωργιάδης, είναι Καθηγητής στο Τμήμα Οργάνωσης και Διαχείρισης Αθλητισμού του Πανεπιστημίου Πελοποννήσου και κάτοχος διδακτορικού διπλώματος στις Αθλητικές Επιστήμες από το Πανεπιστήμιο Johannes Gutenberg του Μάιντς (Johannes Gutenberg Universität of Mainz) της Γερμανίας.
Ο Καθηγητής Γεωργιάδης είναι Κοσμήτορας της Διεθνούς Ολυμπιακής Ακαδημίας (ΔΟΑ), Αντιπρόεδρος της Διεθνούς Εταιρείας Ολυμπιακών Ιστορικών (ISOH), μέλος της Επιτροπής Ολυμπιακής Παιδείας της ΔΟΕ και μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της Διεθνούς Επιτροπής Πιέρ ντε Κουμπερτέν (CIPC).
Είναι διευθυντής του διεθνούς Προγράμματος Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών με τίτλο «Ολυμπιακές Σπουδές, Ολυμπιακή Παιδεία, Οργάνωση και Διαχείριση Ολυμπιακών Εκδηλώσεων», το οποίο συνδιοργανώνεται από το Πανεπιστήμιο Πελοποννήσου και τη Διεθνή Ολυμπιακή Ακαδημία, καθώς και μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του Μεταπτυχιακού Προγράμματος (Master of Arts) στην Αθλητική Ηθική και Ακεραιότητα (MAiSI).
Έχει διατελέσει Αντιπρύτανης του Πανεπιστημίου Πελοποννήσου και Κοσμήτορας της Σχολής Επιστημών Ανθρώπινης Κίνησης και Ποιότητας Ζωής.
Υπήρξε μέλος του 17μελούς Εκτελεστικού Συμβουλίου της Οργανωτικής Επιτροπής των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων «Αθήνα 2004».
Έχει τιμηθεί με την Πλακέτα «Δημήτριος Βικέλας» (2007) από τη Διεθνή Εταιρεία Ολυμπιακών Ιστορικών (ISOH) για τη συνεισφορά του στην ολυμπιακή έρευνα, ενώ αναγορεύτηκε επίσης Επίτιμος Καθηγητής στο Ινστιτούτο Φυσικής Αγωγής της Πρωτεύουσας (Capital Institute of Physical Education) στο Πεκίνο (2006).
