Secretary and Program Manager of the Postgraduate Study Program since 2010, she holds a University Degree from a Humanities Department, with Master's degrees in Teaching (MA) and Public Administration (MSc), an excellent command of the English language, and proven computer skills. She has fifteen years of experience supporting international Postgraduate Study Programs taught in English. Additionally, she has a certified very good command of the Italian language, experience organizing and coordinating educational and informational events for students, and training in practices applicable to Higher Education. During her employment in the program, the University has provided her with the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus staff mobility program in Prague, Czech Republic, and in an EAIE seminar on Higher Education in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, as well as to receive training in Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
